Look & Feel
- The perfect temperature
Use the helpful cufflink connectors on this duvet to pair it with another to create your personalised all-season duvet. The choice in this range gives you the flexibility to go from a 4.5 tog all the way up to an 18.0 tog duvet.
- Soft and warm
The combination of duck down and duck feather in this duvet feels gloriously soft and bouncy. The feather content adds a little more bulk and weight if you prefer a slightly weightier duvet.
- Pure cotton casing
Wrapped up in a 233 thread count cotton percale case for a lightweight and breathable finish.
- Made to Last
We’ve made these duvets carefully to make sure the feather & down stays in place. The 9 tog duvet is baffle-walled & double-stitched while the 4.5 tog duvets is stitched through. Both methods result in a smooth and even finish across your bed.
Care
Not all duvets are created the same, therefore, based on their inner and outer characteristics, they need to be cared for differently. Care properly for your duvet and it will recharge you for many years to come. Here is what you need to do in order to make the most out of your 60% duck duvet:
- 1
Protect your duvet
Use a duvet protector to protect from accidental spills and stains. Wash your protector frequently to keep your duvet fresh and clean. - 2
Shake your duvet
A vigorous shake each morning will redistribute the filling for an even, plump feel. - 3
Pull back the covers
Pull back the covers to air your bed whilst you’re getting ready for the day. This helps excess moisture to evaporate so your bed stays fresher and cleaner. It’s especially important with feather and down fills as moisture can make their natural odour more pronounced. - 4
Wash at 40°C
Every 6-12 months will do the trick – why not clean your duvet with the change of season – then it’s ready for when you next need it. This duvet is NOT suitable for dry cleaning and must only be machine-washed.
Store your duvet somewhere dry and away from dust. The bag your duvet came in is perfect for the job, or you could use one of our specially made storage bags instead. - 5
Dry as a bone
Protect your duvet and tumble-dry until completely dry. Even the smallest amount of moisture can damage the fill and cause the precious down clusters to clump. Moisture can also make the natural odour of feather and down more pronounced. That’s why we recommend a professional wash and dry for duvets. - 6
Professional wash
A professional wash and dry is always best for large items; your duvet will love you for it.
