Features & Facts
-
Created with care
This duvet is made in Hungary, in the same factory as our best-selling Hungarian Goose down duvets. The pre-loved down and feather is painstakingly cleaned using naturally warm water from an exclusive, certified thermal spring, and then sterilised at 135°C without the use of chemicals before being carefully dried to revive the loft of each down cluster. Finally, it is sorted, ensuring only feathers and down which are the perfect size and quality are used to make these duvets. -
Sustainably produced
Using recycled feather and down in this duvet is a practical solution that we love. It reduces the amount of material that goes into landfill, uses a fraction of the resources needed to rear birds for virgin feather and down and uses less water and energy to process the feather and down itself. -
Allergy friendly
This down & feather duvet is super clean making it a safe choice for allergy sufferers. -
Quality guaranteed
This pillow has gone through some serious testing. It’s made and tested to EN standards with special focus on the fill quality and down content. It is hypoallergenic, and Nomite, Oeko-tex STeP and GRS certified – all proof that the fill and casing for this pillow meet stringent standards for safety.

Care
- 1
Protect your duvet
Use a duvet protector to protect from accidental spills and stains. Wash your protector frequently to keep your duvet fresh and clean. - 2
Shake your duvet
A vigorous shake each morning will redistribute the filling for an even, plump feel. - 3
Pull back the covers
Pull back the covers to air your bed whilst you’re getting ready for the day. This helps excess moisture to evaporate so your bed stays fresher and cleaner. It’s especially important with feather and down fills as moisture can make their natural odour more pronounced. - 4
Wash at 30°C
Every 6-12 months will do the trick – why not clean your duvet with the change of season – then it’s ready for when you next need it. This duvet is NOT suitable for dry cleaning and must only be machine-washed. Store your duvet somewhere dry and away from dust. The bag your duvet came in is perfect for the job, or you could use one of our specially made storage bags instead. - 5
Dry as a bone
Protect your duvet and tumble-dry until completely dry. Even the smallest amount of moisture can damage the fill and cause the precious down clusters to clump. Moisture can also make the natural odour of feather and down more pronounced. That’s why we recommend a professional wash and dry for duvets. - 6
Professional wash
A professional wash and dry is always best for large items; your duvet will love you for it.
