Features & Facts
-
Pocket sprung
Pocket sprung systems are built exactly as they sound; individual springs are enclosed in a fabric ‘pocket’ which allows each spring to respond to your body independently. This pocket sprung mattress includes the innovative pocket air spring system throughout the mattress base. These are mini double-stacked springs which sit either side of longer springs. This creates even greater responsiveness for a better night’s sleep. -
Supportive & responsive
We’ve filled the base of this mattress with 3000 Pocket Air springs for even weight distribution and maximum comfort. These innovative double-stacked mini springs create exceptional responsiveness, supporting you as you sleep. The softly padded pillowtop layer has a further 1000 mini-springs for even greater support. Together, these springs create a highly responsive mattress that will help you sleep soundly by preventing any rolling-in between sleeping partners. -
Luxurious Cashmere & Wool
This indulgent mattress is built with a thick layer of soft cashmere and British wool to help regulate your sleeping temperature all night long. Cashmere and wool are renowned temperature regulators which are so effective that they adapt to two different body temperatures in the same bed. Wool and cashmere are also naturally hypoallergenic, making this mattress a great choice for allergy-sufferers. -

Look & Feel
- Extra deep
This is a luxuriously deep mattress thanks to the extra height of pillowtop layer and is best suited to side and back sleepers. You’ll need extra deep fitted sheets and protectors to cover the 36cm depth.
- Indulgent & responsive
This medium-firm mattress feels incredibly supportive and responsive with a pillowtop layer that adds an extra level of indulgence. The soft layer of wool and cashmere helps keep you comfortable as you sleep thanks to its temperature regulating properties.
- Cool cashmere
We’ve covered this mattress in a luxurious and cooling cashmere-viscose blend fabric. It creates a soft, breathable sleeping surface that complements the temperature-regulating properties of wool and cashmere inside the mattress.
- Made to last
This mattress has been carefully constructed with traditional mattress-making techniques. Tufting and a side stitched border add strength and support to the mattress while the 16 side air vents help circulate air throughout the mattress as you sleep for even greater comfort.
Care
Your mattress will feel different according to the base it’s placed on. Any bed base will work, so long as it is well-ventilated – your mattress needs to breathe for it to stay in good condition. Always choose the right size mattress for your bed base. Too small, and it will look strange, too large and you’ll damage the mattress. Sagging or broken bed bases will damage your new mattress, we recommend buying a new bed base at the same time as your mattress. If you intend to use a slatted base, the slats should be no more than 7cm apart.
- 1
Welcome your new mattress
You may notice a slight odour when removing your mattress from its packaging. This is normal and will go away after couple of days. Your mattress may also have compressed slightly during the delivery process; leave your mattress to air and it will quickly bounce back into shape. - 2
Regularly rotate
Your mattress will adapt to the weight and contours of your body; rotating your mattress from foot to end will keep the filling even and extend the life of your mattress. Rotating a mattress is a two-person job, so get some help. - 3
Settlement is normal
After a few weeks of use, you might notice that the sleeping areas are wearing more quickly than the rest of the mattress. Don’t panic! Mattresses with very soft, natural layers do naturally compress slightly and it’s a sign of a high quality fill. You can minimise this settlement by regularly rotating your mattress and using a mattress topper. - 4
Protect what’s precious
Always use a mattress protector. It helps keep your mattress fresh and clean and extends the life of your mattress. - 5
Spot clean only
If you spill on or mark your mattress, spot clean it with soapy water and a cloth. Allow it time to dry thoroughly before making up your bed again. - 6
Pull back the covers
Pull back your duvet to air your bed while you’re getting ready for the day. This helps excess moisture to evaporate so your bed stays fresher and cleaner. Once a week you should air your bed for a few hours by turning back all bedding from the mattress to allow any moisture to evaporate.
