Features & Facts

Certified Supima Cotton
Supima cotton is an extra long staple cotton with average lengths of 1.5″ that create fabrics with supreme softness, amazing durability and good colour retention. It’s so special that it represents only 1% of the world’s cotton production and is exclusively grown in states in the west and southwest of America by farmers within the Supima Organisation. Supima cotton is trademarked. The only way you can be sure you’re getting genuine Supima cotton is to look for the Supima logo. -
A rich heritage
Supima cotton has a history spanning over a century. A particularly strong and soft extra long staple cotton was discovered at the start of the last century and named Pima in honour of the Pima Indians. Pima was renamed Supima, combining the cotton’s name with ‘Superior’ when the farming groups created the Supima Organisation to identify American-grown Pima cotton. -
Precious & esteemed
The extra long staple lengths of the Supima cotton used to make this bed linen have been spun into super fine plied yarns before being woven into a rich 1000 thread count fabric. The fabric has been finished with a special enzyme wash for even greater softness. This beautiful bed linen has impressive green credentials too. It has ‘Made in Green’ certification – proof that it’s been made in environmentally friendly facilities with socially responsible working conditions. For example, over 70% of the energy used to manufacture this bedding is renewable and over 99% of the water used in the production process is recycled. -
Care for quality
This bed linen has gone through some serious testing with a special focus on colour fastness, durability and washability.

Look & Feel
- Luxurious to the touch
Supima cotton, a sateen weave and 1000 thread count means this bed linen feels blissfully smooth and soft against your skin.
- Quality you can see
The densely woven, premium fabric looks as good as you’d expect it to with a pleasing drape and understated lustre.
- Classic styling
We’ve finished this bed linen with a border of self-coloured tape and mitred corners for a polished finish. The duvet cover and Oxford pillow cases have 5cm borders. The fitted sheets are elasticated around the full edge of the sheet for a perfect fit.
- Signature ties
The duvet covers are fastened with tie closures so you don’t need to worry about ironing around fiddly buttons. Pillow cases have an envelope closure for a neat finish.
Care
For more information, visit our Bed Linen Care Guide
- 1
Pull back the covers
Pull back your duvet to air your bed while you’re getting ready for the day. This helps excess moisture to evaporate so your bed stays fresher and cleaner. - 2
Wash regularly
Keep your bed clean and fresh by changing and washing your bed linen regularly. Once a week is perfect. You can wash this bed linen at 40°C, although we’d recommend you wash it at 30°C for a greener way to stay clean. - 3
Hang to dry
Do your bit for our planet and dry your bed linen by hanging it to dry out of direct sunlight. It will dry best on an outside washing line. If time or space is tight, it can also be tumble-dried. You’ll have fewer creases to deal with if you remove your bed linen from the dryer while slightly damp and then hang it to air dry. - 4
Steaming hot
This lovely, rich bed linen needs a bit of steam for a pristine finish. Better still, iron while it’s slightly damp to remove creases. - 5
Check your detergent
Always use the best detergent for the product you are washing. As this bed linen is white, we’d recommend you use powdered detergents. - 6
Avoid detergents and stain removers containing optical brighteners
They create an optical illusion that changes the appearance of the colour. It’s not just detergents that can affect your bed linen; some creams and face washes contain chemicals that will bleach your bed linen, such as benzoyl peroxide. Suncream and bronzers can also stain your bed sheets; having a shower before bed to remove skin products will help your bed linen stay looking good for longer.
